Seasonal Food Assistance 2026
One coordinated humanitarian programme, implemented across 25 countries spanning Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America, delivering food parcels and hot meals to vulnerable households throughout the distribution period.
Across many of the countries where the programme was implemented, communities continued to face severe humanitarian and economic challenges. Prolonged conflicts, forced displacement, climate-related disasters, unemployment, and rising food prices significantly reduced household purchasing power and increased food insecurity. For many families, purchasing sufficient daily food became increasingly difficult, with internally displaced persons, refugees, female-headed households, older persons, persons with disabilities, and low-income families among those most affected. Recognising the urgency of food insecurity during this period, Osman Consulting implemented a coordinated programme designed to ensure that vulnerable households could access nutritious food while preserving dignity and respecting local traditions.

25 countries, one season of dignity and hope.

Every registration, every parcel, every meal, monitored with care.
ATLAS, Osman Consulting’s proprietary platform developed by our MEAL Department, was integrated throughout the Seasonal Food Assistance 2026 programme to strengthen beneficiary registration, monitoring, and reporting across all 25 countries. Field teams used KOBO-based digital tools to register and verify vulnerable households, with distribution and post-distribution data synchronised to live ATLAS dashboards for real-time programme visibility. This gave headquarters continuous oversight of data quality and accountability, while supporting evidence-based decisions throughout the distribution period.
