Emergency Context
Weeks of heavy rainfall resulted in extensive flooding across multiple provinces, displacing families and severely disrupting local economies. Many households lost their homes, crops, livestock, and essential belongings, while damaged infrastructure limited access to clean water, healthcare, and markets. The scale of displacement placed immense pressure on host communities and existing humanitarian services.

Our Response
Working closely with implementing partners, local authorities, and community leaders, Osman Consulting coordinated emergency relief activities across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, South Punjab, and Kashmir, prioritising the most vulnerable households through transparent, community-based targeting.
- 939 food parcels distributed
- Hygiene kits distributed to flood-affected households
- Emergency shelter materials provided
- Water infrastructure rehabilitation support
Monitoring, Accountability & Quality
This project benefited from ATLAS, Osman Consulting’s proprietary MEAL platform, which supported programme monitoring, data management, accountability, beneficiary verification, reporting, and evidence-based decision-making throughout implementation.
